The Whistler Dark Symphony is a blended Irish whiskey from the Boann Distillery, notable for its finishing process in N.E.O.C (New Era Oak Cask) VSOP Cognac barrels. The whiskey is triple-distilled, comprised of 20% single malt and 80% grain whiskey, and is bottled at 43.14% ABV.
Thickly textured and creamy, offering a complex blend of sweetness and spice. You may notice flavors of blackberries, green apple, baked orange, and caramel or burnt sugar. Other common observations include milk chocolate, bourbon biscuit, hazelnut, espresso, and various tropical fruits like mango or banana
