This refreshing wine is named after the region's famous white tuffeau limestone, which imparts a distinct mineral precision and brightness to the juice. Delicate aromas of wild strawberry, fresh raspberry, citrus zest, and a touch of rose petal. The palate is lively and clean, showcasing a fine, persistent mousse, juicy red fruit flavors, and a bone-dry, chalky finish. It makes a perfect aperitif and pairs beautifully with light tapas, marinated salmon, or fresh fruit tarts.
