Crafted by the iconic Tyrrell’s estate—the definitive world masters of this unique style—the 2021 vintage is a pristine, energetic benchmark. Harvested early to retain naturally low alcohol and high acidity, it is fermented entirely in stainless steel with no oak contact, letting pure varietal and regional terroir shine

It pours a brilliant, very pale straw color with subtle green glints. The nose is incredibly focused and sharp, bursting with fresh-squeezed lime juice, lemon curd, lemongrass, and green apple skin. On the palate, it is light-bodied, linear, and completely bone-dry. A piercing, enamel-shattering vein of citrus acidity provides incredible drive and structural tension, layered over a light texture of white orchard fruits. The finish is remarkably long, clean, and dominated by a mouth-watering, talc-like mineral grip. While intensely refreshing now, it possesses the legendary ability to age gracefully for up to 15+ years
