The 67th vintage from the House, the Veuve Clicquot Vintage 2015 is a "solar" champagne characterized by its concentration, structure, and energy. The nose opens with vibrant citrus zest, orange, and grapefruit, evolving into gourmand notes of roasted pear, toasted almonds, and brioche. On the palate, it is fresh yet powerful, showing a refined minerality and verticality that lead into a complex finish of dried apricots, honey, and subtle spice derived from aging a portion of the blend in large oak casks
