An aristocratic, powerful, and deeply structured Grand Cru Riesling that perfectly mirrors the marly-limestone soils of the historic Eichberg vineyard. Fermented slowly to lock in aromatic precision and aged on fine lees for textural weight, the nose opens with complex, intense layers of lime zest, white blossoms, dried apricots, and a smoky hint of gunflint. The palate is dry, precise, and beautifully concentrated, balancing rich tree-fruit flavours of yellow pear and peach against a driving vein of racy Alsatian acidity and a distinct, lingering mineral finish.
