This wine comes with lots of Deveney family history. My grandparents imported this into Ireland in the late 1970’s.
This particular vintage is quoted as one of Lamberti’s best vintages to date.
Traditional in style, A VERY full bodied red with loads of ripe, dark berry fruit, chocolate, cocoa, leather & tobacco. A nice, well integrated lift of acidity on the finish.
3 grape blend from Veneto in Italy, the home of Amarone!
A wine for very full bodied red lovers.
Perfect with a cheese board and/or chocolate dessert.
