Description
Named after a famous Spanish victory over Napoleón in 1808, this is an excellent example of Oloroso.
When de flor does not develop, an oxidative ageing happens and Oloroso is born. Elegant and complex with notes of sweet vanilla, roasted coffee and cedarwood. Dry and persistent.
