A five generation deep distillery located in Cunico, Asti, with over 130 years of history. A renowned specialist in aged Grappa from Nebbiolo, Barbera and Moscato grapes, the real highlights for us when we visited the distillery was the insanely complex Vermouth and Amaro, still made using the family’s secret recipes from 1888.
