A blend of three grape varieties from 30 year old vines: merlot, cabernet franc and cabernet sauvignon. This cru is aged for 18 months in stainless steel or concrete vats to allow the best expression of our terroir. These very supple wines are intended to accompany white meats, red meats and cheeses
Ruth says ” Made by Michel Rolland which is also involved in some very iconic properties in Bordeaux – Pavie and Angelus. Medium- full bodied, dark bramle fruit with a meaty, savoury palate and earthy finish.”
