Description
Chateau Moulin Saint Georges has a very long history with the Saint- Emilion region but was purchased by the current proprietors – the Vauthier family, in 1921.
A right bank Bordeaux red made up of 80% Merlot & 20% Cabernet Franc, it sees 18 months in new French oak and is a traditional style, with only 3000 bottles produced every year.
Decant for an hour – 90 minutes.
Cigar box, plummy red fruit character, cassis and leather, firm tannins, clean acidity, medium – full bodied.
13% ABV.
