30% Grenache, 30% Rousanne, 30% Clairette, 10% Rolle. This Ventoux white is sublime! White flowers on the nose, peach and grapefruit. Citrus and fresh in the mouth, with good minerality and salinity. Spending 6 months on it’s lees results in this rich mouthfeel that well over delivers for it’s pricepoint. Great with meaty fish and fennel based salads. 13.5% ABV
