Description
Domaine Zinck is located in Eguisheim, one of the loveliest villages in the Alsatian countryside and where the Zinck family has farmed the land and cultivated vines for four generations. Paul Zinck started with 2.5 hectares when he established his winery in 1964 and today, managed by his son Philippe and his wife Pascale, the estate has expanded to over 20 hectares of vineyards. They farm organically and biodynamically and have managed to achieve a subtle balance between traditional small scale methods and modern winemaking techniques in order to craft authentic, award winning wines that fully express the original flavours of the soils they grew up on.
Pure and easy drinking, it has an appealing nose of blossom, with yellow fruits, and ripe apple. A fantastic ripe aperitif and a beautiful accompaniment for fish and white meats, pasta with courgettes. A great dinner party white, it’s also perfect also as a lunch time glass with salad, bread and cheese.
