Description
Gosset Champagne is crystal clear in colour with a pale golden yellow hue. It is intense, elegant and warm on the nose with very fresh floral notes. These notes rapidly give way to mature, fruity aromas. On swirling subtle hints of butter and caramel are released, followed by a warm fragrance of gingerbread and cinnamon. The palate is invigorating, fresh and delicate. The initial crispiness and vitality lead to the sweet, comforting flavours of ripe fleshy fruits. The mouth feel is one of volume, density and vinosity. It finishes with a smooth delicate and irresistible taste. The delicious flavours of candied fruit and cinnamon cake and liquorice can clearly be identified.
