Mechanical harvesting, traditional vinification in vats with temperature controls during fermentation, aging in vats until bottling in April.
This cuvée will seduce you from its first years with its finesse, its silky side in the mouth and its delicacy will give you pleasure for 5 or 6 years.
Ideal accompaniment to shellfish, fish and meat in a light sauce.
