Description
The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin: tart red berried fruit, laced with tobacco and dried herbs on the dry, crisp finish. This is a superb classical Rioja Crianza. This wine is a blend of Tempranillo, Grenache and Graciano from the winery’s own old vines, planted 380-500 metres above sea level. As for the process, fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature of 28 ° C before the wine is macerated for two weeks. Finally, the wine is aged for between 12-14 months in 50% French oak and 50% American oak barrels, and rests in the bottle for 12-14 months. A wine with excellent value for money.
