Description
One of the ‘New Wave’ American wines that is taking everything we know about Californian wines and turning them on their heads. This is a Zinfandel that is not over extracted, too ripe or oaked within an inch of it’s life. This is a true ‘Appelation’ wine, showing you terroir and the structure of the grape in it’s truest form. Notes of violet, blueberry and blackberry fruit, only a touch of jamminess and some light spice on the finish. Medium bodied red, not overly tannic, with great fresh acidity. 13.4% ABV
