This crisp and zesty white wine is made from a careful selection of our oldest vines. Hand harvest and strict table selection. Macerated and pressed but with 10% whole bunches. Slow, temperature controlled fermentation before 1 month ageing on the lees.
A fresh, organic verdejo that combines lemon and lime notes with mouth-watering acidity and subtle tropical flavours. Delicious when enjoyed on its own, but even better in good company.
