This 20 year old whiskey is a triple distilled single malt whiskey aged in ex-Cognac Barrels.
Aged on Lambay Island, where the barrels are slightly porous allowing the liquid to come in contact with the sea air, which has a slightly oxidizing effect.
The liquid has all the dried fruit flavour profile imparted from the Cognac barrels, woody toasted notes with a little bit of spice on the finish.
