Made from 70% Chenin and 30% Chardonnay from the Loire Valley, France. Champagne fermented sparkling wine. Citrus and honey nose with a creamy mouthfeel, nice fine bubbles and texture from 12 months on it’s lees. The palate displays stoned fruits – apricots and peach with a brioche finish. 13% ABV
