A very accomplished wine from the highly esteemed Pauillac estate. This Left Bank Bordeaux ticks a lot of boxes when you’re after a premium, high-class Bordeaux but at a more affordable price.
It’s a blend of 58% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon with a balance made up of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot and is aged for 12 months in new oak.
A classic style from the 2019 Vintage. Full bodied with lots of cassis & spices that lead to a meaty, vanilla and savoury finish.
A smooth and silky texture with firm tannins and balanced acidity.
