Whiskey:
A rare and exclusive release, this 22 Y.O. Double Distilled Single Malt from Cooley Distillery, is our oldest releases to date. Bottled at 46% ABV, and limited to 160 Bottles.
Maturation:
22 Y.O. Single Malt initially Matured in Ex Bourbon cask for 16years 3 months then 125L Oloroso cask for 6years 4 months.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Figs, Prunes, Raisins, orange, butterscotch, tobacco.
Taste: Rich dried fruits, demerara sugar, TK Red lemonade, leather, rolling tobacco.
Finish: Long, spicey, mouthcoating, rich and fruity.
