Description
Grillo is an enjoyable white wine, made from an indigenous grape of Sicily. After a soft pressing, strictly in reduction, the must is fermented at low temperature to enhance the aroma of this wine. Ageing occurs in stainless steel. Straw yellow colour, bright and vivid, with golden highlights. Fresh and mineral, with hints of yellow flowers, peaches and citrus fruit. Tasty and full-bodied, with mineral hints. It is a perfect every day wine. Grape: Grillo 100%
