O’Dwyer Wines produce premium wines using grapes grown on their Sweet Briar vineyard in the Clare Valley, South Australia. A boutique producer that focusses on making the finest quality wine possible, O’Dwyer Wines was created by Donal and Judith O’Dwyer soon after they purchased the small, beautiful, well established Sweet Briar vineyard. This 2016 vintage was excellent – a fine example of benchmark Clare Valley Cabernet Sauvignon with mulberry and red fruits, dusty tannins and subtle oak.
Hand picked grapes from 90 year old dry grown vines were used to craft this estate grown wine which was matured in French oak barriques for 24 months.
