A family owned vineyard in the South of Burgundy, production of only 800 bottles per year. 100% Chardonnay, elegant and full bodied. Using traditional techniques and both oaked and stainless steel, creating a very full bodied, textured wine with notes of stoned fruit and savoury elements that carry through to the palate. Perfect with fish and cream based sauces or the ideal aperitif. 12.5% ABV
