Redbreast 27 year old builds on the traditional Sherry & Bourbon finish by adding a Port finish which brings even more complexity and depth
Nose: Spicy, mature and intense on the nose. Notes of Pineapple, blood orange, prunes and red berries, chocolate, toffee, walnuts and toasted oak.
Palate: Powerful, rich and complex. Great mouthfeel, flavours of dates, prunes and summer berries, leading to chocolate, caramel, mocha coffee, roasted spices and cinnamon.
Finish: very long, ripe fruit and spice, pretty perfect!
