Description
A medium ruby colour, this is a delicious and very well made Reserva with all the finesse you would expect from Bodegas Roda. Made from old vines which brings more complexity to the grapes, it is a consistent and fruit-driven red with strawberry jam and fine wood, cream, cocoa aromas and balsamic background. It shows good balance and juiciness on the palate and tannins are perfectly integrated. Ready to drink with a good ageing capacity.
The grapes are selected and harvested by hand from the winery’s own vineyards. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats. Oak ageing is carried out in French and American barrels for 16 months.
