Mario Schiopetto has been producing fresh, lively and interesting Italian whites since 1960, since retiring his children are following closely in his footsteps and I absolutely love this white!
Made from 100% Fruilano, intensely aromatic with lots of peach, pear and ripe apple with hints of almond and elder flower.
An elegant dry, fresh finish but with lots of texture.
This is a perfect fish/chicken/aperitif white
