Description
Taittinger unveils an elegant box set that invites you to (re)discover the finesse and balance of a Brut Prestige champagne
The producer
The history of the Taittinger Champagne House began at the beginning of the 20th century. Led by Pierre-Emmanuel Taittinger and his two children, Clovis and Vitalie, the House of Taittinger has maintained a family spirit through the production of champagnes that highlight the expression of Chardonnay. Since January 1, 2020, Vitalie Taittinger has been President of Champagne Taittinger.
The vineyard
The Champagne Taittinger vineyard covers 288 hectares of vines and includes 37 different plots. In fact, Taittinger boasts the third largest vineyard area in Champagne. The entire vineyard is certified for High Environmental Value.
The wine
The Taittinger Paradoxe Prestige Brut + 2 flutes box is a refined invitation to (re)discover this champagne made from a blend of some fifty different crus. This elegantly designed case includes two engraved flutes as well as a bottle of this non-vintage champagne, whose high proportion of Chardonnay is a rarity among non-vintage champagnes. Taittinger’s Brut Prestige Champagne is seductive due to its bold aromatic expression, its balance, its finesse and its liveliness on the palate.
Vinification and aging
Taittinger Brut Prestige is aged in cellars for 3 to 4 years to acquire its full maturity and develop its aromatic potential.
The blend
Taittinger Brut Prestige is made from a blend of Pinot Noir (60%) and Chardonnay (40%).
