Description
A white from the township of of Randazzo and Castiglione di Sicilia, Biancavilla and Milo (Catania), made using 70% Carricante, 20% Catarratto, 5% Grecanico, 5% Inzolia, grown on volcanic soil.
A firm favourite in both their white a red!
The white displays lots of floral notes with a fresh, zingy, slightly salty finish. Volcanic minerality is evident but there’s hints of soft fleshy fruit too.
Great with seafood and pasta dishes.
