Description
The flagship product of the company is a red with 16 degrees of alcohol, composed of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Oseleta grapes (5%). The drying of the grapes lasts three months and the vinification takes place in January. Low temperatures make fermentation difficult to start, which can last up to thirty days. The vinification takes place in steel and it is followed by an aging of two and a half years in oak barrels (70% in 25 hl French oak barrels and 30% in 225 hl French oak barriques), then one year in the bottle.
