Description
Made from a few parcels of vines at 450-650M asl around the village of Fytia, tempered by sea and mountain breezes. This is very elegant wine with fine grained tannins, it has red and cherry fruit with notes of cedar, rose petal and wild herbs (mint and thyme). A lovely medium bodied wine to be enjoyed with tomato and lamb dishes like Moussaka, grilled pork and lamb or hard mature cheeses
