Vina Pedrosa is made by the Pérez Pascua family in the Ribera del Duero.
This 2017 Reserva is made from 100% Tempranillo from 35-year-old vines
It is bursting with dense, ripe fruit, herbs, mint, spice and coffee. The palate has ripe fruit flavours with silky tannins and balanced acidity.
Vina Pedrosa Reserva has already spent 2 years ageing in the barrel, and a further year in the bottle before release,
This wine will age gracefully for up to 15 years.
Drinking it now…? Decant for an hour before serving and it’ll be perfect.
