A deep rich gold. On the nose it’s very Malt/Barley forward at first, there is a lovely honeyed sweetness to it with a hint of mandarin/ orange zest, its subtle but it is there. In the background lurking is a hint of summer fruits mixed with some gentle spice. With the smallest drop of water, the Maltiness subsides a small bit to bring forward more of the honey and fruit notes.
