Description
Domaine des Amiel À Coural 2017 is a deep and intense red wine. On the nose it reveals itself to us as fruity, with hints of ripe fruit, and balsamic notes of thyme and laurel. On the palate it displays an interesting structure – a rich and powerful wine that balances tannins with a good acidity and that unfolds a lingering and complex finish.
Domaine des Amiel À Coural is an organic and natural red wine coupage made mainly from Syrah with a small percentage of Grenache. It is produced by Domaine des Amiel.
Domaine des Amiel is a winery owned by two young brothers, Aymeric and Jordan Amiel, located in Languedoc-Roussillon. It is located in the small town of Montblac, between Narbonna and Montpellier. It cultivates its 10 hectares of vineyard certified organic and biodynamic.
Domaine des Amiel À Coural is a very traditional natural wine with a limited production. Only some 7,800 bottles are produced annually. The name comes from the nickname of the brothers’ great-grandfather, and is a tribute to the hard work he devoted throughout his life to improve the family estate.
