Made from 35% Corvina, 35% Corvinone, 20% Rondinella, 10% Rosignola, Oseleta, Negrara & Dindarella, 20 year old vines.
Dark ruby red in colour.
The nose is ripe cherry, raspberyy and redcurrant.
The palate is juicy and full bodied, the above fruit with black liquorice and chocolate, long finish with a lift of freshness.
Aged in Slovenian oak for 6 months.
Best served with red meats and game or a cheese board.
