Estate grown Chardonnay from the Californian region of Livermore Valley.
Made from 98% Chardonnay and 2% Gewurtztraminer and sees 50% Barrel ageing in neutral American oak and 50% Stainless steel tank.
Straw yellow colour with aromas of citrus, lemon curd, pear and toasted oak.
The palate is everything I love about US Chardonnay, tropical fruit with hints of lemon and vanilla on the palate.
Finishing medium-full bodied with some clean acidity to balance it all out!
One of the best value/quality New World Chardonnays I’ve tasted in some time.
Ideal with shellfish, cream based dishes and white cheese.
