100% Pinot Noir from the Cote d’Or Burgundy.
The Nuiton-Beaunoy cave co-operative can draw from vineyards held by its 115 members across Burgundy to produce this red wine. It is fermented and matured on its lees in stainless steel vats.
Purple colour with violet hues. Aroma of red berries – cherries, redcurrants and dark berries -blackberries, blackcurrants. Lively acidity with a pretty moreish mouthfeel! Perfect with duck or game and white cheese.
