This minimal intervention red is Organically certified, Bio Dynamic, with no additional Sulphur. It’s 99.9% Tempranillo, the .1% is made up of Viura and Garnacha. The palate is dark bramble fruit with spice and savoury elements, medium bodied. An ideal red meat wine but also great with charcuterie and salads. 4,000 bottles produced annually, each bottle individually numbered, 14.5% ABV. A really great introduction to natural wines.
