Intense ruby with Aromas of dark Plum jam, fresh minty and spicy notes with some clove hints. Complex and persistent nose. The Palate is Balanced with velvety tannins full of character the fruit is punchy and intense with an elegant finish. Matured for 12 months in both American and French oak. Great with roasted meats and cheese and meat boards.
