Description
Pale yellow in color with golden hints. Packed with fresh fruit, white fruit, tropical notes, aromas of citrus fruits, apples, slightly grassy and mineral feeling. On the palate displays a character marked by refreshing acidity and a light bitter finis.
The brothers work hard in their calcium-rich vineyard to coax as much complexity from their Garnacha Blanca as possible. In the wrong hands, this is a high volume, insipid variety but with careful farming of their old vines, then two passes at harvest, Francesc and Joan harness both the grapes’ natural acidity and the texture and immediacy that comes with full maturity. 100% stainless steel, no oak and no clarification or filtration.
