“This is a blend cuvée. The idea is to create a wine bursting with fruit, without forgetting to give it substance! To ensure success, our obsessions are: gourmandise and velouté. And let’s not forget, we can drink it right away, or not at all…”.

Vinification / Ageing :
All parcels are vinified in concrete or stainless steel vats (lasting approximately 15 days).
The wine is aged mainly in vats, with a small proportion in oak (max 20%), for a period of 12 months.
Some of the grapes are harvested whole, depending on the vintage.
Bottling takes place on the estate.
