The nose, both mineral and floral, reveals aromas of flowers, white fruits, apricots, plum and very light notes of lemon, citrus fruits, quince jelly and honey.
On the palate, white flowers with a hint of toastiness. A silky and harmonious sensation for this crisp and structured champagne. Cellared for a minimum of 3years before degorgement, pair me with scallops, crab, oysters, risotto, parmesan cheese, white meat, a young and fruity comté.
