Description
This is an amazing tribute to two things: the grape variety Alicante Bouschet and the practice of biodynamics. The wine is immense and concentrated with a nose of chocolate and coffee, plum and black cherries. The palate is incredibly smooth and rich with fine tannins, some alcoholic warmth and notes of balsamic vinegar. A long finish shows the quality that they have achieved justifies some of the criticism that those non-believers of bio-dynamism may level.
