This is an exceptionally interesting bottle of wine that has oodles of character. A wine that tastes great now with pretty sleek tannins, but will reward aging for 5 or 8 years as well. A low alcohol wine that has a hefty body, this goes with all sorts of food.
Organically Farmed, but not certified. Explosive aromas of sweet blackberry liqueur are highlighted by black pepper, pomegranate, violets and fresh green olive scents that develop and evolve with air and become even more exotic. Fresh and bright in the mouth with real density of flavor and concentration. A carbonic pop enlivens the intensity making this pure Syrah very satisfying on its own.
