The spectacular backdrop of the Ribeira Sacra, a jaw dropping vineyard location if ever there was one, is home to this exciting new project owned by three childhood friends, brothers Carlos and Juan Fernandez and Fredi Torres. The granite and schist slopes, planted primarily with Mencia, are organically farmed and provide fruit of extraordinary purity. Winemaking is done in a tiny cellar with the only additive being a miniscule amount of SO2 at bottling. Superstars in the making!
