Succés Patxanga is a wine made from Trepat grape from a vineyard that is over 40 years old. An indigeneous varietal from the region which is generally used for blending.Manually harvested. The grapes are selected in their own vineyards. Once they arrive at the winery, the grapes are pressed without destemming the bunches. Then, they immediately start the fermentation in stainless steel deposits. The wine is stabilised naturally with the winter cold. The doses of sulphur dioxide are very low.
