Made using 35% Corvina, 35% Corvione, 20% Rondinella, 10% Rossignola, Oseleta, Negrara, Dindarella, aged in Slovenian oak for 30months, using the traditional Amarone techniques.
Dark ruby red in colour
The nose is packed with vanilla, sweet dried dark berries – cherries & blueberries and dark chocolate.
The palate is full bodied with a nice balanced freshness, velvety with raisin fruit, vanilla, chocolate and spice.
Best served with red meats or aged cheese.
