Description
The Royale is the introduction to our Chardonnays. The wood is subtly accentuated during ageing on the fine lees in tonneaux. The concentrated flavours show a light exoticism with green banana, physalis and orange peel, as well as a delicate buttery note. Savoury acidity and a fine saltiness give the Royale freshness and elegance.
