A very traditional Californian Zinfandel. 5th generation family estate.
This is a Zinfandel for those that love classic US wines.
Deep ruby coloured red.
The nose is lucious with fig, blackcurrant, spice and red cherry.
On the palate its ripe dark berry fruit, sweet candied finish, a zip of acidity to balance with a lift of spice.
This red sees both time in stainless steel and neutral oak to retain the fruitiness of the wine.
Best served with a cheese board or a steak off the barbecue!
