Description
One of the original Riberas to land in Ireland and still a firm favourite with customers that like a full bodied Tempranillo with a silky mouthfeel.
On the palate this is crammed with dark red berry and bramble fruit, liquorice and a little bit of spice. The 6 month oak ageing doesn’t feature in a vanilla format, like it’s Rioja counterpart, but in a format that soften the edges and brings complexity to the palate.
Best served with cheese, red meats and chocolate desserts
